IMDS : Quality, AlwaysAt the beginning of 1999, IMDS began a quality campaign which was concretised in May 2000 by an AFAQ certification according to the ISO 9002: 94 standard. This ISO 9002 certification, renewed in July 2001 is a testimony of IMDS' determination to uphold quality. In 2001, IMDS did not stop at this first certification, but instead began developing right away a new quality system for the new ISO 9001:2000 standard. This was achieved successfully when IMDS received the ISO 9001:2000 certification in October 2002. On January 16 2004, AFAQ renewed the ISO 9001: 2000 certification thereby attesting to our performance and to our dedication to quality. The Group's #1 objective - Satisfying Clients Since IMDS was created, we have always given the highest priority to the development of strong, mutually beneficial relations with our clients. We therefore easily met the challenge of the ISO 9001:2000 certification, which is specifically directed towards clients. In fact, IMDS constantly evaluates the quality of its processes directly concerning our clients: managing fixed-price and fixed-term projects, consulting missions, technical support, marketing events, etc. Tuning in to our client's needs - needs analysis, satisfaction inquiries, etc. - helps us modify our offer to meet the everchanging market demands. As a result of our efforts, on October 3 2002, AFAQ gave IMDS SA the ISO 9001: 2000 certification. The involvment of all teams has allowed IMDS to meet its quality objectives, and so continue to be professional on a daily basis.
