AD’DOC IIM express scanning

Four months and the equivalent of 15 person-years enabled the entry of 3.5 billion characters, which if done manually, would have needed 800 person-years or 2400 people.

Indexing and Archiving PDF Print E-mail

Imagine aisles containing miles of files, reduced to a simple computer folder. This dematerialization project was undertaken by governmental organizations and insurance companies, using the AD'DOC IIM solution.

The principle was to digitize all the documents in a physical file and index them using pertinent key words, that will enable the information to be retrieved immediately. Each file processed could contain over 400 pages.

The AD'DOC IIM solution enabled the organizations to improve the service provided to their customers while generating extensive reductions in operating costs.
